Yes! Velabsu is completely free to use. You can listen to music, search, and browse without creating an account. Creating an account unlocks additional features like uploading songs and creating playlists.

Velabsu supports music in 100+ languages including Hindi, English, Tamil, Bengali, Korean, Spanish, Punjabi, Telugu, and many more. Genre support includes Bollywood, Pop, Rock, K-pop, Hip-Hop, Classical, Jazz, Electronic, Indie, R&B, and more.

No, you can browse and listen to music on Velabsu without an account. However, signing up gives you access to features like uploading your own songs, creating and saving playlists, updating your profile, and personalised listening history.

Click the "Sign In" button in the top-right corner of the page, then select "Sign Up". You can register using your email address and a password, or sign in instantly with your Google account.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, wait a few minutes and try requesting a new confirmation from the sign-in screen. If the issue persists, contact us at support@velabsu.app.

On the Sign In panel, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. We'll send you a password reset link. The link expires after 1 hour, so use it promptly.

Yes! Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select "Update Profile Picture". You can upload a JPG or PNG image up to 2MB. It updates instantly.

We're sorry to see you go! To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at support@velabsu.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We'll process it within 7 days.

Yes! Signed-in users can upload their own music. Click your avatar → "Upload Song". Supported formats include MP3, WAV, and OGG, with a maximum file size of 50MB. You can also add a cover image (up to 5MB) and lyrics.

No. By uploading content, you confirm you own it or have the necessary rights and licenses. Uploading copyrighted music without permission violates our Terms of Service and may result in content removal or account suspension.

Sign in, then click your avatar → "Create Playlist". Give it a name and optional description. You can set playlists to Public or Private. Add songs to your playlist from the song cards.

Autoplay automatically queues and plays the next song when the current one ends. Toggle it using the "Autoplay" button in the navigation bar. When on, it builds a smart queue based on the current song and plays sequentially. Your preference is saved across sessions.

First, check that your device isn't muted and volume is turned up on the Velabsu player. Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, try a different browser (Chrome and Firefox work best). Some songs may temporarily be unavailable — try another song to test.

Velabsu works best in modern browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari (latest versions). We recommend keeping your browser updated for the best experience. Internet Explorer is not supported.

Not yet, but Velabsu is fully responsive and works great in your mobile browser. You can add it to your home screen from your browser's menu for an app-like experience. A native app is on our roadmap!
